36G Standard Sports Bra Pattern
This is the 36G May 2026 version of the Standard Sports Bra PDF Pattern. I used hemisphere mathematics to improve the fit of the cups.
It is both a zip front-opening sports bra, and a pull-on style sports bra.
- If you cut the center front cup pattern on fold, and use 30-40% heavy duty stretch fabric in the cups and use elastic for the entire waistband.

Printing Instructions:
- Do not "shrink to fit" or "shrink to page" so that the pattern is printed correctly.
- Printer settings should say 100%, Actual size or "Default" if you don't have the above scale settings.
- Measure the Test squares provided on any page to confirm the printer has printed correctly.
- If provided, use the pattern page layout image in the last page to assemble the big pattern pieces.
